LECC is a Christian church established in Kirkland in 1993. LECC aims to shepherd Christians living in Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Bothell, Woodinville, and Issaquah in Washington. It seeks to spread the Gospel in the community, bring people to Christ, nurture the spiritual growth of believers, and train them to become faith leaders. Through fellowship, Bible study, and worship among believers, LECC hopes to be a beacon of light in this fallen era, witnessing the love of the Lord and protecting and guiding the Chinese community toward a bright and holy path of life.
LECC is a religious house of Christian worship which it utilizes for, among other purposes, the education and training of those called to pastoral ministry, including students preparing for service in Christian ministry.
LECC operates comprehensive teaching, training, and ministry programs in the Christian religious field with established methodology and personnel for such matters as religious study, theological training, worship planning, program evaluation, ministry formation, outreach and proselytization, and matters of ecclesiastical study and governance.

NABI has received accreditation from the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education (BPPE) and the Asia Theological Association (ATA). NABI is an independent organization originally formed by the Home of Christ in Cupertino.
NABI utilizes the resources of LECC for the training of its students and deems it valuable to the mission of NABI to continue to be able to avail itself of the training and educational mission and resources of LECC in the education of its students, including, but not limited to, those students seeking the degree of Master of Divinity. Students in this course of study are required to complete a one-year internship in a local church, gaining familiarity with areas of ministry.
NABI and LECC agree to cooperate and establish an active partnership for the purposes of training and education and to ensure that the resources of LECC remain available to NABI because those resources contribute directly to the educational mission of NABI. LECC will also utilize NABI’s existing high-quality theological education resources to equip its members and promote the development of church ministry activities
INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
NABI will provide students with the availability of LECC to fulfill the requirements of the degree. LECC will use the evaluation materials provided by NABI.
The content of the internship will be:
• Preaching and Sermons: Prepare and deliver worship sermons and share biblical teachings.
• Education and Training: Lead Bible study classes, Sunday school courses, and other faith education activities.
• Participation in Fellowship: Participate in and lead church fellowship.
• Evaluation: Receive evaluations and feedback from supervising pastors, reflect on and improve pastoral practices.
• Church Administration: Assist in church administrative tasks and participate in church committees and meetings.
• Ceremonies and Rituals: Conduct religious ceremonies such as weddings, baptisms, funerals, and communion services.
• Pastoral Care and Counseling: Visit congregants with pastors and practice spiritual counseling.
The primary duties of the pastors of LECC shall be to conduct and supervise the activities of LECC, including, but not limited to, the pastoral, educational, and training of the students of NABI as part of such activities.
LECTURE AND EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM
NABI strategically consolidates its esteemed theological education resources to furnish LECC with theological lectures and retreat seminars as per its needs, with the overarching objective of advancing the church ministry.
NABI demonstrates a predisposition towards accepting members endorsed by LECC for enrollment in theological degree programs, thereby undertaking the pivotal role of nurturing pastoral leadership and fostering spiritual stewardship within LECC.
NABI acknowledges that theological and religious training is an essential function of both LECC and the NABI.
